SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

     Standard Shipping (Canada & USA): 7 to 15 business days.

     International Shipping: 8 to 20 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier restrictions.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes EpicTrends is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@epictrends.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
